MyEskom Customer: A Self-Service App for Eskom Customers
MyEskom Customer is an Android app that provides Eskom customers with self-service capabilities such as account, billing, and meter reading functionality. The app is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited. With this app, Eskom customers can easily view their electricity accounts, check their account balance, last bill details, account details, premise details, and bill delivery method. They can also submit a meter reading linked to their account and submit meter reading remarks in case they are unable to read their meter. The app also allows customers to request an update of their customer details, change their bill delivery method to email, and provide useful links to credit card payment providers.
